Who is Screenful for?

The screens improve communication between all stakeholders in agile development including Scrum Masters, developers, Product Owner, QA, and even the customer. 

I'm not doing software development. Can I use Screenful?

Absolutely. We've tried to design our product to be generic so that it can be used in various contexts. People are using Screenful for tracking things like manufacturing, sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, house building, order processing, content production etc. 

Do you have a public roadmap? How often do you release new features?

Which payment options and currency do you accept?

All prices are in USD, and we accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  

Do you support annual payments?

In Silver and Gold plans there's also an option to choose invoicing (invoiced 12 months in advance).

We're a small company with limited budget. Do you have any discounts for small teams?

Yes, we offer 50% discount for companies with less than 10 employees for the first 12 months. Just let us know at sales@screenful.me before subscribing. 

How can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

When you are in a free trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan any time at Account ► Plans tab in the setup menu.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your paid plan any time at Account ► Plans tab in the setup menu. 

How can I change my credit card details?

You can update your credit card information by logging in to the payer portal

Where can I see the receipts of my invoices?

The receipts of your payments are automatically sent to the email address that was given in the checkout form. You can change that email address at the payer portal

What exactly do you mean by a 'dashboard'?

A Screenful dashboard is a combination of one or more individual screens that can be viewed either on your laptop, in a mobile device, or as a rotating slideshow in the office TV. 

What exactly do you mean by a 'screen'?

One screen visualises one aspect of your data in an area that fits on a physical screen without scrolling. Screens can be viewed on any device with a modern web browser.   

Will Screenful make any changes to my data or is my data affected in any way?

Screenful will not make changes to your data, it only reads it via the API of your tool.

Do you store the descriptions / comments / attachments in my tasks?

No, we store only the following information about your tasks

  • Project / board name and id
  • Task name, id, status, type, assignee
  • Workflow states (e.g. open, in progress, done) 

We do not store

  • Task descriptions
  • Comments / discussions
  • File attachments 

What hardware would you recommend when using Screenful in big monitor / office TV?

 

You can use any hardware that runs a modern web browser such as these small yet powerful devices available for AndroidChromeOS and WindowsAirtame is another good option as it allows you to set up your dashboard remotely via your laptop.

Notice that some built-in browsers in TVs may not render content properly.
