Creating a custom chart
You can create a custom chart by clicking create custom chart link the dashboard settings. You can find the dashboard settings at Settings ► Dashboard in the Setup menu.
After clicking the link you'll get a set of drop down menus which allow you to select the properties for the chart.
Once you click Create chart, the new screen is added to your dashboard.
List of available metrics
|Reaction time (avg, completed tasks)||The average time it takes before work is started on a task. Counted only from tasks that have been completed.|
|Lead time (avg, completed tasks)||The average time it takes to complete a task. This includes reaction time.|
|Cycle time (avg, completed tasks)||The average time a tasks stays in progress before it's completed. This doesn't include reaction time.|
|Tasks done (last 30 days)||The number of tasks completed during a 30 day period.|
|Points done (last 30 days)||The sum of the units of estimate (e.g. story points) completed during a 30 day period.|
|Tasks count||The number of tasks.|
|Points count||The number of units of estimate (e.g. story points)|
|Tasks not started||The number of tasks in the 'not started' state.|
|Points not started||The sum of the units of estimate (e.g. story points) in 'not started' state.|
|Tasks in progress||The number of tasks in 'in progress' state|
|Points in progress||The sum of the units of estimate (e.g. story points) in 'in progress' state|
|Time in state||The average time that a task stays in a specific workflow state|
