Aggregating data from multiple Trello boards
Sometimes you might want to see aggregated metrics over multiple Trello boards. For example, you might want to consolidate status updates from multiple teams into the same Team Status screen, or to track cycle times over multiple Trello boards.
To create an aggregate screen, go to the Sources tab in the chart settings (click Configure this view under the main menu). You'll see a list of data sources that can be selected as a data source for this screen. These are your Screenful dashboards that you have created for your Trello boards.
Once you've clicked save, the screen will update its contents so that it combines the data from all the selected data sources.
You can add any of your Trello board as a data source by creating a dashboard for them first. That means that each aggregated board can have different lists in them as each of them has their own workflow mapping.
