What it is

Screenful AI lets you chat with your project data. Simply ask a question, and the AI delivers a ready-to-use visualization directly in the chat. It's the fastest way to get answers from your data.

Screenful AI understands the context of your projects, team members, and workflows. This allows it to provide uniquely relevant insights. Ask follow-up questions to explore your data more deeply. Any chart you create can be saved with a single click for use in your reports. From a simple question to a powerful insight in just seconds.

How It Works

AI features are off by default. They must be enabled by your account admin, who must accept additional terms.

AI activates only when you use it through the chat interface. It does not run automatically or in the background.

When you interact with AI, we send request data to two services:

We send only the context needed to fulfill your request. This may include your chat input, field names, and structural metadata. Full datasets or personal information are not being sent, but we cannot technically prevent such data from being included if entered by the user.

Data Use and Storage

  • We do not use your data for model training.

  • We do not sell your data.

  • Google Gemini and Langfuse are contractually restricted from training on or storing your data beyond what is needed to complete your requests.

  • Some request and chat information may be retained temporarily for troubleshooting, such as when you contact us about technical difficulties or incorrect AI responses.

User Control

  • You can choose not to use AI tools at any time.

  • AI chat can be disabled for your account by contacting support@screenful.com.
