Account Manager / Sales Lead

We’re currently a team of ten with background in design and technology, and want to strengthen our team with an Account Manager / Sales Lead role to lead our business development strategy. Duties include:

  • Identifying and executing up-sell opportunities to existing customers

  • Approaching new potential customers

  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • Managing partner and reseller relationships

  • Finding new resellers

  • Driving usage growth of the Screenful product

  • Conducting customer demos

  • Preparing proposals, quotes, invoices

  • Engaging with the ecosystem at the industry events and meetups


  • Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals

  • Familiar with selling to a technical audience

  • Previous experience in B2B sales in IT or related field

  • Experience in selling products to international markets

  • Understanding of customer success techniques and strategies

  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written

These are not mandatory but will help in this role

  • Experience with SaaS business model

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools, especially Jira

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools

  • Experience in building partnerships and distribution channels
