We’re currently a team of eight with background in technology and design and want to strengthen our team with a Product Specialist / Sales Engineer who can help our customers to onboard and get most out of our product. Your daily duties would involve managing the customer lifecycle:
Optimise the complete customer lifecycle including: onboarding, account growth, new feature adoption, and renewals
Teach new and existing users through email and skype
Conduct product demos
Drive usage growth of the Screenful product
Identify and execute upsell opportunities
Work as a liaison between customers and developers
You are based in Helsinki
Familiar with selling to a technical audience and are comfortable with a consultative sales approach.
Previous experience in B2B (pre)sales in IT or related field
Experience in delivering products to international markets
Experience in managing complex software projects in a manager role
Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written
These are not mandatory but will help in this role
Technical background and understanding of the software development process
Familiarity with Atlassian tools, especially Jira
Familiarity with agile methodologies and Lean thinking
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
