Can I see totals somewhere?
After you’ve set weights to some of your cards, you can see the totals in the Power-Up main menu (click the link “Card Size” on top of the Trello UI). You’ll see a list of individuals with the total amount of work assigned to them. Alternatively, you can choose to view totals per label or per Trello list.

How do I set an estimate to a Trello card?
After activating the Power-Up, just click the Card Size button within any card on that board. A window opens which allows you to set a weight for the card. The set weight will be shown both on the front of the card and on the back of the card.

Should I update the estimate as the work progresses?
We don’t suggest updating the card weight based on the work done so far. We advise to updated it only in a case you’ve found out that the work is bigger than initially thought.
There is a separate Spent field, which you can use for inputting the work done so far. If you do so, the remaining work is automatically calculated and shown in your cards.
