Who is Screenful for?
Screenful dashboards improve communication between all stakeholders in projects including Project Managers, developers, Product Owner, QA, and even the customer.
I'm not doing software development. Can I use Screenful?
You can use it for basically anything requiring tickets and workflow. People are using Screenful for tracking things like manufacturing, sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, house building, order processing, content production etc.
Do you have a public roadmap? How often do you release new features?

Which payment options and currency do you accept?
All prices are in USD, and we accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Do you support annual payments?
In Silver and Gold plans there's also an option to choose invoicing (invoiced 12 months in advance).

How can I change my credit card details?
You can update your credit card information by logging in to the payer portal.
When I try to add a new user I get a message that says the user is already registered. What can I do?
The address you’re trying to add is already associated with another Screenful account. Same email address cannot be associated with multiple accounts. If it’s a trial account, you can ask that user to go and close the existing account at the Account—>Plans tab.
I can't log to the payer portal with my email address?
You need to login using the same address that was given when the subscription was made (i.e. the address where the receipts are sent).
Where can I see the receipts of my invoices?
The receipts of your payments are automatically sent to the email address that was given in the checkout form. You can change that email address at the payer portal.
How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
When you are in a free trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan any time at Account ► Plans tab in the setup menu.

Will Screenful make any changes to my data or is my data affected in any way?
Screenful will not make changes to your data, it only reads it via the API of your tool.
Can I restrict access to specified users?
Yes, in Silver plan or higher, you can specify who has access on a per dashboard basis.
What data do you store?
We store the following information about your tasks
Project / board name and id
Task name, id, status, type, assignee
Workflow states (e.g. open, in progress, done)
Any derived metrics out of the above
We do not store
Comments / discussions

What hardware would you recommend when using Screenful in big monitor / office TV?
You can use any hardware that runs a modern web browser such as these small yet powerful devices available for Android, ChromeOS and Windows. Airtame is another good option as it allows you to set up your dashboard remotely via your laptop.
Notice that some built-in browsers in TVs may not render content properly.
