We’re currently a team of eight with background in technology and design and want to strengthen our team with a Product Specialist / Sales Engineer who can help our customers to onboard and get most out of our product. Your daily duties would involve managing the customer lifecycle:

  • Optimise the complete customer lifecycle including: onboarding, account growth, new feature adoption, and renewals

  • Teach new and existing users through email and skype

  • Conduct product demos

  • Drive usage growth of the Screenful product

  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities

  • Work as a liaison between customers and developers

Qualifications

  • You are based in Helsinki

  • Familiar with selling to a technical audience and are comfortable with a consultative sales approach.

  • Previous experience in B2B (pre)sales in IT or related field

  • Experience in delivering products to international markets

  • Experience in managing complex software projects in a manager role

  • Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written

These are not mandatory but will help in this role

  • Technical background and understanding of the software development process

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools, especially Jira

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and Lean thinking

  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS

You may have few years of working experience or be a more seasoned expert. If you like to work with a highly skilled product development team, you’ll feel at home. This is a great opportunity to be part of an internationally growing technology company.
