How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription in the billing settings. The location of the billing settings depends on the product.

Billing settings in Screenful Analytics & Reports

If you are subscribed to our main product, Analytics & Reports, you can manage the subscription at the Account Settings ➔ Billing tab under the main menu:

  1. Log in to Screenful

  2. Select Plans & Billing from the main menu (top right)

  3. Click Billing details

On the Billing page, you can

  • Download invoices

  • Update the credit card information (or remove the credit card)

  • Change the address associated with the subscription

  • Close the subscription

Billing settings in Trello Power-Ups

If you are subscribed to the Power-Ups Bundle (Card Size, Card Priority, Card Dependencies, Epic Cards, Scaled), you can manage the subscription within the Power-Up. The subscription can be managed via any Power-Up in the Bundle. There is no Screenful login. You only need to log in to Trello.


1) Select Power-Ups from Trello's main menu:


2) Select Enabled from the left side menu to see the Power-Ups enabled in that specific board. Click Settings to open the Power-Up settings. Select Edit Power-Up settings:

If you don't see the Power-Ups listed here, it is because the Power-Up is not installed on that specific board. Try some other board or add the Power-Up to your board (you can add any of the Power-Ups in the bundle).

Subscription is specific to a Trello workspace so you need to be in the workspace associated with the subscription


3) Navigate to the Billing tab from the menu on the left

On the Billing page, you can

  • Download invoices

  • Update the credit card information (or remove the credit card)

  • Change the address associated with the subscription

  • Close the subscription

The subscription is shared between the Power-Ups in the Bundle. If you close a subscription in one Power-Up, it will be closed for all the Power-Ups in the bundle.

When you close the subscription, the Power-Up remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer refunds for unused or remaining time after cancellation.
