To rate an app, open up the app marketplace by clicking the puzzle symbol in your toolbar.

Then, click Installed Apps:

Here, you can see all of the apps in your account in one window. Click on the Screenful app. Then, click Rate the app to give a rating:

In the pop-up window, choose your rating. Next, you can compose a short written review, and click Submit.
