Not seeing repositories from your organisation?

Once you have authorized Screenful to access the GitHub API, Screenful will keep your GitHub data synced and available for reporting.

When importing your first data sources, you are shown your available data sources to be imported to Screenful. This step should look like the screenshot below.

If you don't see the list like this, it is likely to be due to your GitHub settings. A possible solutions include

  • If the GitHub app is not approved, fix it by getting approval to a GitHub app.

  • If you have an organisation that has restricted 3rd party access, you won't see its repositories listed as available data sources without taking further action.

When adding data sources, you may not have all the repositories available in the menu. You can fix this once you have you have authorized the Screenful app for your personal account and created your first data source.

You can then follow the instructions behind the link below, to request organization approval for the Screenful app.
