Screenful connector needs to access the JIRA API in order to fetch its data. When using JIRA Server (self-hosted), your company’s firewall may block any attempts to access from outside, in which case a reconfiguration of firewall settings is needed. To whitelist the server that Screenful uses to access your JIRA, use the following IP address:
