Privacy Policy – Card Priority Power-Up

Screenful Oy (“Screenful,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with the Card Priority Power-Up (“Power-Up”) for Trello.

By installing or using the Power-Up, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Data We Collect

When you install and use the Power-Up, Screenful may collect and store the following information on secure servers:

  • Trello Organization ID

  • Trial start date

  • Trial restart count

The card priority data is stored within Trello using Trello’s custom data storage at the organization-level scope with private visibility. This data is not transferred to Screenful servers.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we will collect the following information through our subscription form:

  • Company name

  • Company address

  • Contact person’s name

  • Contact person’s email address

  • Credit card details (processed via a secure third-party payment provider)

You may also opt in to receive optional email updates and product news from Screenful. You can withdraw this consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide and maintain the Power-Up and related subscription services.

  • Legitimate interests: to manage subscriptions, provide support, and improve our services.

  • Consent: when you opt in to receive marketing communications.

  • Legal obligations: when we must retain data to comply with applicable laws (e.g., tax or accounting requirements).

3. Authorization and Access to Trello Data

When any team member installs the Power-Up on a Trello board, it becomes available to all users who have access to that board.
No authorization is needed since the Power-Up does not require access to the Trello API.

4. Storage and Security of Authorization Tokens

The Power-Up does not process or store authorization tokens.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by law.
When your subscription or trial period ends, or upon your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data retention policy, unless we are required to keep it for legitimate business or legal reasons.

6. Disclosure of Information

Screenful does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.
We may share information only with:

  • Service providers that help us operate our services (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email delivery), under strict confidentiality agreements;

  • Regulatory authorities or law enforcement, where required by law or court order.
