Step 1: Create a Jira board for the Jira Service Management project

Screenful connects to Jira projects via a Jira Software board (Scrum or Kanban). Therefore, you need access to Jira Software to import your Jira Service Management projects.

To enable Jira Software for your Jira Cloud instance start here or contact your Jira admin.

The first step is to open an existing Jira software classic project and create a new board for that project.

Select the Create a Kanban board option.

Then, select the Create a board from an existing project option.

Finally, select the Service Manageent project you want to monitor as the source of the new board and create the new board.

Now you have a Jira board that you can use as a data source in Screenful.
