Inviting users

All Screenful plans allow unlimited users. You can invite more users to the Screenful account under the Account Settings in the main menu.

Inviting users

You can invite a user by selecting Manage users from the main menu:

You'll see a list of users and their roles. Click Invite a user on the bottom left to invite a new user.

Enter the email address to send an invitation email. There are three different user roles available:

Admin - Can change settings, manage users and plans & billing
Member
- Can change settings and invite new users
Observer - Can only view data, cannot change any settings

The invited user will receive an invitation email. 

If you have created your Screenful account via the Atlassian Marketplace, users can join it without invitation.

If you have created your Screenful account via the Atlassian Marketplace, users can join it without invitation.

Resending the invitation

Before the user has completed the registration, Pending is shown in the list for that user.

To resend the invitation, click the row to open the user details.

You can resend the invitation by clicking Resend invitation.

Alternatively, you can use the Copy invitation link button to copy the invitation link to the clipboard, and then share it via any channel (email, Slack, Teams, etc).

Notice that when you resend an invitation or copy the invitation link, a new token is generated and the previous invitation links won't work anymore
