Is access to imported ClickUp data controlled only by Screenful or does my own ClickUp permissions also affect what I can see inside Screenful?

ClickUp permissions only affect your ability to create data sources. You can create data sources only from the spaces you have access to in ClickUp.

Screenful visibility settings define which charts and reports you’re able to view within Screenful.

I added a new custom field but it is not showing

When you add a new custom field to your board, it is imported during the next data sync (the data is synced automatically once per hour). You can trigger sync manually anytime by selecting Data sync options from the main menu. Notice that the new field should also have a value assigned in at least one task.
