How to remove outliers from data?
You may have outliers in your data that skew your charts. For example, if you close a very long-running ticket, it can cause a spike in your average cycle times. It's possible that no one was actually working on it, and it was simply not closed on time. In such a case, you'd rather not include that ticket in your stats. Fortunately, there are ways to remove such outliers from your charts.

Option 1: Set a filter for the item name
You can filter by the name of the item (issue/task/story, etc.) by selecting Item name from the filter menu.

You can enter the full name of the item, or use a substring of the name to include or exclude specific items from the set.
You can filter out as many items as needed by setting a separate condition for each of them.

Option 2: Assign a label for outliers
If you want to exclude individual items from the metrics, you can do so by following the steps below
Set a specific label or tag (e.g. "excluded") to the items you want to exclude in your task management tool
Go to Screenful and select Sync data in the Data sync options under the main menu
Go to the chart in question and set a filter (e.g. label is none of 'excluded')
If the item is already archived, you have to unarchive it first. Then apply the steps 1-2. After that, you can archive it again.
