Install Screenful app via the Monday Marketplace
You can install Screenful via the Monday Marketplace. Start a free trial by clicking Use app in the marketplace listing page:
Only one person needs to install Screenful to your monday.com account.
If you're not an account admin, instead of the Install app button, it says Request to add. Clicking on that sends a request to your admins to approve the app installation.
Next, you'll get to select which Workspaces the app has access to:
Later, when you are importing data from your Monday boards, you can authorize boards from the workspaces you have selected in this step. You can change this selection anytime at the Monday's App settings page.
You should select all the workspaces you want to use in your charts and reports
Once you have finished the installation, Analytics & Reports by Screenful is added to the left menu for all users.
If you haven’t started a free trial of Screenful yet, go ahead and sign up for a free trial. After that, you can click the link to log in to Screenful.
The link is added for all members in your monday.com workspace. Before other people can log in to Screenful, they must be invited to the same Screenful account.
