Setup Screenful for Trello

The Analytics & Reports by Screenful is available as Trello Power-Up. Once installed, you can access your charts and reports within the Trello UI.

Install the Screenful Power-Up

Click the three dots at the top right corner to open the Trello menu. Then, select Power-Ups from the menu. Go to the Analytics & reporting category, scroll down to Analytics & Reports by Screenful, and add it to your board by clicking the Add button.

The Power-Up needs to added by one Trello board member and it will be available for all users in that Trello account. Before other people can log in to Screenful, they must be invited to the same Screenful account.

If you don't want to use Screenful within the Trello UI, you can just log in to the web app.

To get started, sign up for a free trial (if you’ve already signed up, log in) Once you have signed up and imported some data sources, you can start creating your charts and reports.

Import Trello boards as data sources

You need to authorize Screenful to access the Trello API to get started. Once done, you will be shown a list of boards. Select one or more boards from the list to import into Screenful.

The selected boards will be imported to Screenful and synced once per hour. Once the initial import is completed, you can use the data to create custom charts and reports.

The recipient can create a Screenful account by following the link in the invitation email.

The invited user can have one of these roles:

Admin - Can change settings, manage users and plans & billing
Member - Can change settings and invite new users
Observer - Can only view data, cannot change any settings
