Trello does not have built-in support for epics, but you can use the Epic Cards Power-Up to group cards together. See the related cards and track their progress on a higher level.

Using Epics in Screenful charts
You’ll now see the Epic option in most of the dropdown menus in your custom charts. For example, you can use this to create a high-level overview of all of your epics by creating a Table chart and selecting Epic as a row:

You can then divide the chart into three sections. The name of the epic is displayed in the left column. These are the epics you’ve created in your Trello board via the Epic Cards Power-Up. Troubleshooting
Below are some typical reasons for charts not displaying the data you expect:
Your data hasn't loaded yet. When the data sync process is in progress, a spinner icon is displayed at the top right of the UI. When you hover the mouse over the icon, you can see the progress.
Your workflow mapping is not done correctly. You can learn more about workflow mapping from this guide. Notice that the cards that are in lists mapped to Excluded won't be imported to Screenful.
Your imported board contains mirrored cards. Mirrored cards don't always contain the same attributes than the original cards. For example, the assignee field shows up only if the source board and the mirrored board has the same members.
Your board is not connected. If a data source is not connected, you'll see a red notification on the top right of the UI. Click the notification icon to re-authorize the data source.

Below are some typical reasons for charts not displaying the data you expect:

I have created an automation to move completed cards from one Trello board to another. Will that mess up my stats?
If a card is moved from board A to board B, you will lose the card history from the board A since the Trello API won't return it anymore. Instead of moving to another board, you can create an automation to archive the card.
Once archived, the card is no longer visible on the board but is still included in Trello's search feature, and can be returned to the board at any time if needed.
Another option is to add a delay of at least two hours before moving an item. That leaves enough time for Screenful to register that the card was completed (sync runs once per hour).

You have to import the board as a data source first. If you don't see the board in the list of boards to import, you'll have to join that Trello board first to see it in the list. Once the board is imported, you can add it as a data source to charts.
