The Analytics & Reports by Screenful is available on the monday.com Apps Marketplace. Once installed, it adds an entry to the left menu that allows you to access your charts and reports within the Monday UI.

Install Screenful on app via the Monday Marketplace
You can install Screenful via the Monday Marketplace. You can start a free trial by clicking Use app in the marketplace listing page:
Only one person needs to install Screenful to your monday.com account.
Installing apps can only be done by admins.
Once installed, Analytics & Reports by Screenful is added to the left menu for all users.
If you haven’t started a free trial of Screenful yet, go ahead and sign up for a free trial. After that, you can click the link to log in to Screenful.
The link is added for all members in your monday.com workspace. Before other people can log in to Screenful, they must be invited to the same Screenful account.

Review your workflow
When importing a Monday board as a data source, you are asked to pick a Status column that represents your workflow:
Once you have selected the column, the values are automatically mapped to either Not started, In progress, or Done. This information is used when calculating the Timing metrics.
Not started = Work to be done
In progress = Work started but not completed
Done = Completed work
If the suggested mapping looks correct, you can accept it by clicking Looks good to me. Learn more about workflow mapping.
As an alternative to status columns, you can also track work based on your Date and Timeline columns.
